At WAMP, every necklace and charm is handcrafted & personalised for your pet, therefore:
•⁠  ⁠⁠Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective or wrong product delivered.
•⁠  ⁠⁠An unboxing video is mandatory to raise any return or replacement request.
•⁠  ⁠⁠Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
•⁠  ⁠⁠No returns on customised / personalised products unless defective.
•⁠  ⁠⁠Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
